Terms & Conditions:

  1. The registration fees entitles participants to attend the selected congress sessions.
  2. Registrations are confirmed only upon payment receipt.
  3. The congress organiser will not be responsible for participants who successfully registered but do not attend the congress. Non-attendance during the event is the sole responsibility of the participant alone.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Any request for cancellation of registration must be in writing to the conference secretariat at congress@mavma.org.my.
  2. Cancellation received On or Before 31 May 2022, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  3. Cancellation received After 31 May 2022 or NO show, no refund will be made.
  4. All refunds will be processed within one month after the congress.
  5. Any bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ taxes will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
  6. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing the event to not take place, the congress organiser will ensure that the said event be conducted again at another date and time which will be informed to registered participants in advance
